This class is an abstract class that holds the information for opening up editors that are
associated with this values class.  The default is to open the editors using ReportModel.

Instance variables:
editorsDictionary   <Dictionary of: TableInterfacesSpec>	Holds the information about the editor creation.
state   <CatState>	
elementSpecs   <ElementSpec>	Holds the element creators needed for filling in the values of the tables.
