Summary Reports Framework

There have been quite a few classes and support frameworks built for generating summary reports. The most involved one used the model-view-controller from parcplace and lets the user describe a summary report that looks like a spreadsheet based upon either a 2-D list of values or values returned from a query. It is pretty black-box and read the class comments and the overall report for more details.
