Here are some pictures from my trip to Brazil. I started out in Rio de Janeiro. I then traveled to Itaipava and Petropolis. I also traveled to São Carlos and São Paulo to visit some new and old friends.  I then traveled back to Rio to finish my trip before flying back to the USA. This all happened in conjunction with being the co-program chair at SugarLoafPLoP2002.  As you can see, winter time in Brazil is terrible!
