Picture of a Graph

This dynamic tool allows the user to plot a set of data points on a two-dimensional Cartesian Coordinate System. The four different types of plot fitting offered are:

  • Linear

  • Quadratic

  • Polynomial of exact degree 3 (P3)

  • Power Law

    • which are added functions which have proved this instrument to be invaluable. Other options include X-Y coordinate display to the cursor position, Reset Scale, Redraw Graph, Display of the nearest point, and Rescaling. The user can plot data stored in a Flat file using: Flat file plot or by using sqlplus with cgi scripts with Database plot.
